CIRENG EMPUK MUDAH DAN NIKMAT
BAHAN - BAHAN / INGREDIENTS
* Bahan Biang / source ingredients
- 250 gram tepung kanji/tapioka/sagu aci. / 250 grams of starch / tapioca / sago aci.
- 1 batang daun bawang (iris tipis) *apabila tidak suka tidak perlu*. / 1 leek(sliced)*if do not like do not need*.
- 1 butir bawang putih (tumbuk/haluskan) / 1 whole garlic (mash/pure)
- 1/2 sdm garam / 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 sdt lada bubuk / 1/2 teaspoon ground paper
*Bahan Cireng / cireng ingredients
- 50 gram tepung kanji/tapioka/sagu aci / 50 grams of starch/tapioca/sago aci
- 200 ml air / 200 ml of water
- 1/2 sdt garam / 1/2 teaspoon salt
CARA MEMBUAT / HOW TO MAKE
- campurkan bahan cireng : 50 gram tepung, 200 ml air dan 1/2 sdt garam. rebus dengan api sedang sambil diaduk hingga matang (bening seperti lem). diamkan sebentar hingga adonan tidak terlalu panas / mix ingredients cireng : 50 grams flour,200 ml of water and 1/2 teaspoon salt.boiled over medium heat stirring frequently until cooked (translucents like glue).let stand for a while until the dough is not too hot.
- Masukan sedikit sedikit bahan biang yang sudah dicampur pada adonan cireng yang sudah direbus, uleni hingga kalis (tidak lengket ditangan) . / put a little bit of source materials that are mixed in the dough cireng boiled.knead until smooth (not sticky hands).
- ambil sejumput adonan bentuk bulat hingga habis / grab a handful of dough round shape until axhausted.
- goreng dengan api kecil (jika minyak terlalu panas khawatir akan meledak) / fry over low heat (if the oil is too hot to worry about explode)
1 sendok makan = 15 gram tepung kanji/tapioka/sagu aci / 1 tablespoon = 15 grams of starch/tapioca/sago aci.
200 ml air = 1 gelas (tidak penuh) / 200 ml of water = 1 cup (not full)
